42 Oreos (30 whole, 12 chopped)
2 pounds cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs (room temp)
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt (which I always forget)
Heat oven to 275 Celsius. One at a time combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, mix them well. Then hand fold in the chopped oreo's. Place a whole oreo at the bottom of each baking cup and add batter. Bake for 15 mins rotate and bake for another 10 mins. Refrigerate for 4-12 hours before serving.
