365 Project - Week 8

47 : 365 - February 16

We bought our tickets for Black Panther over two weeks before it came out. Panther's are my favorite animal. Throw in a movie full of culture and a actual story line and you give me something to be excited about. Have you seen it?

When eating is a struggle and the only thing that sounds good is the food at your favorite place you just don't think about.

Lavender White Hot Chocolate
Vanilla Challah French Toast (with caramelized pecans and bananas)
Homemade Breakfast Sausage

Real life is weekends spent reading and playing video games

I was driving somewhere and decided to see if I could figure it out where I wanted to go without GPS. Sometimes I can, sometimes not. Today was a day I couldn't, but I did find a beautiful residential area, with gorgeous houses (I do not take pictures of houses because sometimes it feels creepy and I am already awkward). In the middle of it was a rail track. Now I would not want to live where there was a rail track running right through an area. But it meant that I could stop in front of a house and walk back twenty feet to stand in the middle of the road and take this picture. Rail road pictures are dangerous and you shouldn't do them. It felt safer because it was an residential area, but it's actually not. With trees, fog, and no one to watch my back I probably shouldn't have done it. Then again it turned out lovely!

As with yesterday, there was a huge part of me that wanted to be brave and take a picture of myself doing some yoga pose for my Instagram. But I chickened out on both occasions. Yesterday it was easy to blame it on rail tracks are dangerous and I shouldn't be on them. Today there was no such excuse, except for maybe mud and white slide on shoes. The sky was sure beautiful. What a difference twenty-four hours can make.

There are days of darkness and days of light. It's up to you to make the most of each moment.

I have never taken an anatomy class. The body is a mystery to me. So I am starting here and seeing where it takes me.

Happy Friday!

I'm a lifestyle blogger, covering deep subjects including body images, battles with food, and overcoming how I was raised. I try to be as authentic as possible and I don’t sugar coat how I see things.
