What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Think like a queen. A queen is not afraid to fail. Failure is another steppingstone to greatness.
— Oprah Winfrey

However it would be specialized. I have no desire to do weddings, engagements, family photos, etc. I want to focus on individual portraits, blogging, and yoga imagery. I don't really know if there is a market for that in Madison and I don't know exactly what it would look like. It's just a combination of the things I am most passionate about and want to bring that passion and beauty to others.

If I wasn't afraid I would start my own photography business.

The purpose of these hikes would to to find beautiful locations with Wisconsin for the individual portraits, blogging, and yoga images I want to create. From progression pictures, pictures for fun, pictures for yourself. Retreats into nature for the sake of creating beautiful, empowering imagery.

If I wasn't afraid I would take hikes.

Go one coffee dates with said mentors and get constructive criticism. Grow as an individual with a guide. I have never truly had a mentor. I have had many guides, but I would love to have someone who can become a life-long friend, who is where I want to be, and willing/able to mentor me.

If I wasn't afraid I would find a mentor for photography and yoga.

With that in mind, one day

I'd love to have a space where I can shoot aerial yoga. I want to be able to shoot from above, from up high, straight on, low, or below. I want a place that gives me the ability to do these things without endangering the person performing. As well maybe get photos of myself doing those things. This goal shares something I had been keeping secret, but my obsession has grow and it's impossible not share. I also want to be a better ally and help woman feel good about themselves. Yoga and photography is part of that. Both can be so empowering, no matter what size, shape, or fitness level a person is. Modifications are my life and yoga is a "sport" that allows for the best modifications for your body. Two personal favorite yogi's to follow are Vanessa from Rooted in Flowing and Jessamyn from Every Body Yoga

I have a lot of fear putting this out but it's what I dream about and it's time to make dreams, words, then actions and plans.
