The Mortal Instruments

City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
This book was not devoured like the other books in the series. This one annoyed me. So much LOVE drama, thankfully not any love triangles that annoyed me anyways. The one triangle came to head half way through the book and exploded! Which was awesome. Simon was dating two girls, they found it and in typical girl fashion freaked out. Much better love triangle than when it's the other way.

I didn't recall much of this book compared to my memory of the others. I think the love was the major reason why.

Alex and Magnus - happy, fighting, kissing, fighting...
Jace and Clary - I'm gonna kill her must punish myself OHHHH but she's here can't control my lips.... annoying.
Luke and Jocelyn - refreshing adults actually in love none of this teenage crap.
Simon, Mia, Isabelle, Jordan - round and round, explosion and then more like the adult relationship. I am looking forward to their growth.

I love reading a book with Simon's perspective. He's pretty awesome.

Now for the BIGGEST ISSUE EVER... :) I don't owe the fifth book because it's only out in hardcover... I have to figure out a way to get my hands on it, preferable before the movie comes out!!

Read my previous book review here and you can see all my notes on this series here! Happy Reading.
