Sriracha Honey Chicken

I told Kevin the other day that I wasn't going to cook. I wasn't in the mood and if I was going to eat anything it would be a pita pizza (my current staple go to meal). Then I went and curled up in the bedroom with a book. The book was fabulous but so was the smells coming from the kitchen. I came out to discover him making Sriracha Honey Chicken - and while it is spicy it sure is yummy!!

Sriracha Honey Chicken
 3 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
 1 tablespoon honey
 1 tablespoon butter, melted
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Whisk Sriracha sauce, honey, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl.

Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour Sriracha mixture over the chicken and turn to coat chicken completely.

Cook in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 15 to 20 minutes.
