1/2 Cup Butter 1/4 Cup Sugar 5 Tbsp Cocoa 1 Egg, beaten 1 3/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs 1/2 Cup Walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Butter 3 Tbsp Milk 2 Tbsp Vanilla Custard Powder (I couldn't find it in the store so I just used Vanilla Pudding) 2 Cup Icing Sugar
2/3 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips 2 Tbsp Butter
Instructions Bottom Layer
Melt first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler or in a heavy saucepan. Add beaten egg and stir to cook and thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Press firmly into ungreased 9x9 - inch pan.
Cream butter, milk, custard powder and icing sugar together well. Beat until light. Spread over bottom layer.
Place in fridge for an hour approx.
Note: I still don't like these. But Kevin loves them. I did not let the second layer sit in the fridge which is why the top looks different from what it should. The chocolate and custard layers got mixed together. But it was still edible and the guys liked it.
